Sea-View Villa with Private BBQ Balcony in Calheta
Amenities
The one-bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Cleaning products, laundry detergent, and basic cooking ingredients are provided, along with beach towels for guest use. Air conditioning, free WiFi at 449 Mbps, and a dining table are available for guest convenience.
Location
The villa is located 1.7 km from Calheta Beach and within a 5-minute drive to Pingo Doce supermarket and several local restaurants. Girao Cape is 24 km away, and Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools are 32 km from the property. Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport is 51 km away, making it a base for island exploration.
Considerations for Your Stay
Guests should be aware that ongoing construction across the street may cause noise from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and could eventually obstruct the sea view. The private balcony may have reduced privacy during working hours due to nearby building activity. Despite this, the villa remains a well-equipped base for exploring Madeira, with hiking points 10 minutes away.
